In Office Legal Advice Consultation - $400.00

If you think your spouse may contest your divorce and you want more information on how to proceed, we offer an in-office, in-person legal advice option with our lead Attorney, Jo Benson Fogel. During this legal advice consultation, we will help you evaluate your alternatives and options for proceeding at the least cost. We will explore how your assets will be divided and, if you have children, the issues in awarding child custody parenting plans and child support. We will also assist you in determining whether you are obligated to pay spousal support to your spouse or whether your spouse is obligated to pay spousal support to you. We will provide you with an estimate of child and spousal support obligations. By the end of this session, you will have a plan for moving forward and an understanding of your options. You will also have an estimate of the cost of pursuing each option. This legal advice session lasts a maximum of two hours. We charge a flat fee of $400.00 for this service. How It Works: 1.
