Performer Independent Contractor Agreement - $150.00

This is an agreement between an Agency and an individual performing artist where the Agency will act as the exclusive agent for the performing artist to schedule the artists for performances at venues, train the artist, and provide similiar services on behalf of the artist during the term of the Agreement.
