MD Statutory Limited Power of Attorney - $175.00

This is the Maryland Statutory Limited Power of Attorney that was codified in the Maryland Estates and Trusts Code Annotated, section 17-203, and which goes into effect on October 1, 2010. All Powers of Attorney that are executed after October 1, 2010 must comply with the newly added title 17 of the Estates and Trusts Article. This form has a special section on gifts under Special Instructions to identify specific gifts authorized by the Principal that can be made by the Agent appointed under the Power of Attorney.
